Witch's Rule: Play to Win!

Well, this sure was a power packed week, and weekend, but doesn't seem like every week and weekend is that way as they fly on by? It all started with Wednesday, 2-1-12, the power of twelve, again, then the anticipation of the groundhog. The eve of Groundhog Day peeps in Punxsutawney celebrate and share cooking tips and recipes, no, not on groundhogs, silly. We on the other hand like to share information, new ingredients, experiment a bit, hey we are basically green, you know, and being a powerful number day, we couldn't let it go by without stirring the pot, and getting the blood flowing, if you know what I mean. And, if the little animal said six more weeks of winter, then so be it, but a continuation of this winter, is no threat to me.

Yesterday, my sisters and I, along with family and a great friend, joined a team for #CycleforSurvival, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a Spin-a-thon. What an amazing, wonderful, absolutely fabulous day, we truly pulled together, as a team, joint effort, to accomplish one task and enjoy every moment of the event, and cannot wait for the next time to experience the pleasure of the good things in life again, plus one more. And today we end with the Superbowl, and the eating frenzy. Are you so happy the "Giants" have won?  Yaya, the girls are, too. Moi, kind of indifferent, I'm still thinking about other things.

Why do little things become big? Little people, little sisters become big and smart, teach us the best secrets in life. Look at the big picture. Yaya, that was a great game. Play to Win! Xoxo

  2. When does little become big? It’s an imperceptible moment. The kind of thing that if you blink you might miss it. The hawk that flies over head that you just didn’t see, the sigh of someone you love you didn’t hear, the first little babble nonsense if your baby that somehow, miraculously turns to speech. Little becomes big when we least expect it. It’s a light far off in the distance, on a faraway shore, that you’re heading towards and that seems like forever away. And then suddenly you’re there, and the light is so big and so bright you can hear it. Little becomes big and its miraculous. Little becomes big and it takes your breath away. Little becomes big and you find it hard to remember what little was ever like before.

One minute you’re a cocoon, the next minute you’re a butterfly.

    Be big, Dream big.
